Page with scrolling text and fixed top menu
Template: pagina_con topmenu.dwt We can see how it works if you click the item 'Template' in the left menu. I explain here as the screen layout works:

The inside menu is needed when there is so much material that goes out the screen. An argument (Item) is located by clicking on the menu instead of manually scrolling .
