DEPARTURES
Departing pilots should perform initial contact at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure time. Each departure time should be considered as a "SLOT". This means that if the slot is missed, pilot will expect delays until the first available free slot.
ARRIVALS
Estimated Approach Time should be planned 10 minutes before arrival scheduled time. Expect heavy delays if not able to reach destination on time.
OTHER TRAFFIC
LIRF is open to non-scheduled traffic. Pilots not partecipating to the timetable-system have anyway the lowest priority and may expect heavy delays in departures as well as delays or diverting routes in arrivals.
