are offered to the customers in the shape of the sale
at a distance (e-commerce). On explicit demand of the
Customer, moreover, can be distributed services of search,
location and trade grading of world paper money, free
of charge or against payment according with the Customer. |

Customer is the subject identified
from the inserted data at the compilation and shipment
of the on-line purchase order form or sent to us with
appropriate e-mail message in which the Customer explicitly

Personal informations |

Guarantees provided by the Customer |

are true and allow to characterize the true identity
of the Customer which it is engaged also to inform the
Supplier immediately, by mail or e-mail, of every variation
of the supplied informations. The Customer moreover
is informed of the necessity to communicate to the Supplier
a valid e-mail address, working and with sufficient
space to allow the Supplier to send confirmations of
every order and other eventual communications. |

| 5.
Consultation of the on-line price-list |
| Through
this site the Supplier offers to the Customer a virtual
price-list from which it is possible to consult, and
in some case to see, or to buy on-line some products
for numismatic collecting. The Customer can consult
the electronic catalog and the offers of the site and
will be able to freely make purchases from the Supplier
accepting the present trade conditions. |

Purchase contract |
| For
on-line purchase contract it means a remote contract,
otherwise defined “legal negotiation”, having
as object the providing of goods and/or services, stipulated
between the Customer and the Supplier with a system
of sale organized by the Supplier using the remote communication
technology called “Internet”. |

| 7.
Responsibility limitations |
| The
Supplier does not assume any responsibility for disservices
due to act of God incidents, outbreaks, fires, strikes
and/or lock outs, earthquakes, alluviums and other similar
events that will prevent, in all or part, the execution
of the contract in the agreed times. The Supplier will
not be responsible for damages, losses and costs endured
for the lacked execution of the contract for the aforesaid
causes, having the consumer only the right of get back
the price if already corresponded. Likewise the Supplier
is not responsible of the contingent fraudulent and
illicit use that can be made by people of check, credit
cards and other means of payment, at the payment of
the goods acquired. The Supplier declines moreover every
responsibility for malfunctions, service interruptions,
degradation of performances due or less to act of God
causes or fortuitous case, when they are not directly
imputable to the Supplier for its fraud or serious guilt. |

Communications |
| The
Customer accepts that the notifications and the communications
inherent all the on-line services (also those relative
to the purchase orders) are sent by the Supplier in
electronic format (e-mail) or by telephone, it recognizes
the full validity and expressly waives to disown the
content of the declarations sent and/or received in
electronic format. The Customer is informed and accepts
that the Supplier holds the archives of the technical
Log Files about the tracing of logon operations, communications
and orders on its own systems, communication and order
and it recognizes their validity for the eventual reconstruction
of the past relationships. |
