The Customer is informed that: Owner of the treatment is LUCIANO LAZARDI - Via M. Merlin, 16/B - 35143 Padova (PD) - ITALY; the informations object of the treatment are: those supplied from the Customer and those related to the use of the services of the web site “www.lucianolazardi.com”; the purposes of the treatment are:
observance of law obligations,
implementation of purchase contracts,
implementation of interactive trade informations (with possible mailing of advertising material), promotions and better acquaintance of the Customer’s requirements.

We will never deal with any sensitive informations of the Customer. The treatment modalities preview the employment of automated and manual systems. The eventual communication or spread of the informations is exclusively limited to the Owner and the necessary subjects for the implementation of the contract or the observance of law obligations.

The treatments excluded from the consent are:
