How IrDa (InfRared aDApter) communications happen.


The remote device transmits some bright beats that come
acquired from the receiver.

The LED of the infrared device transmit bright signals the

Space Coded Signals:

 

In this case the coding of the information happens varying it
Length of the spacing (intervals) between the beats. If the spacing is short (550us) be will correspond to the value 0 or To a fall. If the breadth of the spacing is long (1650us)
The value corresponding will be 1 or rising.

Shift Coded Signals:

 

According to this standard the coding of the information happens Intervening on the variation of the intervals between the beats.
If the length of the interval is short (550us) and the length of the beat is long (1100us) the signal will be interpreted like 1 Or rising. If the interval is long and the short beat the Signal will correspond to one 0 or to a fall.
