Nidaba Theatre
On Friday 23rd June, the Mersey Sect played at the Nidaba Theatre in Milan, and were delighted to welcome up on stage a special guest who was a key figure of the Merseybeat scene of early sixties Liverpool: Nick Crouch, ex-Mojos and Faron's Flamingos, and author of the beat classic Everything's Alright. Despite the tremendous heat and humidity, Nick played some dazzling guitar, especially on Everybody's Trying To Be My Baby, Let's Stomp, and Talking 'Bout You, and showed off his vocal prowess on Hi Heel Sneakers, Keep A-Knockin', Raining In My Heart and Stand By Me. A great time was had by all, as you can see in these photos.
