By default MGuiTest and MGppTest programs support BMP and GIF image file
formats.
You can enable support for PNG, TIFF and JPEG formats by defining the
following macros in your project/Makefile:

Old MGui release 3.5.4 is here available for BCC real mode DOS and Windows 16 bit
platforms as well as other Win32 platforms.
Note that real mode DOS and Win16 support for MGui stops to release 3.5.4.
