. You can use the form below either to request INFORMATION on a particular room or to make a room RESERVATION.

If you select 'INFORMATION' you should only fill the top part of the form leaving the fields in the bottom part empty. We will be glad to provide availability information on any particular room and give anwers to any questions you may want to ask. We will also supply detailed instructions on how to make your reservation. Your request for information will by no means be binding for you nor will it represent a proof of reservation.

If you select 'RESERVATION' then you've already heard from us and you'll know which rooms are available. If you wish to reserve one please remember to fill both the top and the bottom parts of the form. We will then send you a CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. You'll then have 3 BUSINESS DAYS to send us a fax containing a copy of the bank's receipt for the 30% DEPOSIT you specify in the form. The reservation will be considered valid only after we receive your deposit receipt fax. We only accept bank wire transfers for the moment (sorry!). Our account number will be specified in the confirmation e-mail.
If your reservation is confirmed we will be happy to send you exact indications on how to reach your B&B apartment (we will include address, name and telephone of your B&B innkeeper, a detailed map and transportation info). We can also arrange for you to be picked up at the airport or railway station if you wish.

Other brief facts:

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm Check-out before 12:00 pm

Balance due is payable in cash or travelers checks upon arrival

There will be no refunds for early departures or guests that do not stay for their entire reserved period.

We require a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival cancellation for a deposit refund. Guests who do not show or do not cancel according to those guidelines will be charged
