Apple CD/DVD driver patch

Patched Apple CD/DVD driver should support many SCSI devices. Expecially this driver should work with SCSI Pioneer DVD-ROM
Apple DVD Player checks if DVD-ROM driver is Apple CD/DVD driver, so using patched driver Apple DVD Player should work also with unsupported DVD-ROM.

This driver was succesfully used with SCSI DVD-ROM Pioneer UO3S. Post your feedback here
