The
Antonicelli olive-mill is located in Palagianello, Apulia, in the Deep
South of Italy. It’s centuries-old olive trees produce an extravirgin
oil famous all over the world for it’s organoleptic qualities, it’s
golden-green colour and fresh fruity aroma, and for the state-of-the-art
grinding process employed. Cold separation deriving from heathy in
continuos-cycle machines, and grinding within 24 hours, creates the
taste typical of the fine extravirgin oil produced by us for three
generation in Apulia. |
