Our Association is not linked to political parties or political movements of any kind; it is non-religious; it believes in equality between nations and races; it recognizes the democratic system as the unique model for its existence and its development; it firmly adopts non violent behaviours based on solidarity for any eventuality and happenings, as the only life style of its associates; it does not pursue any profitable aims.

         The Association inspires itself to the principles of "SCOUTISM", as expressed in Sir Robert Baden-Powell's books (Head Scout of the whole world), and thus collaborates with all scout groups of the world.

         Anybody can become part of the Association, no matter what sex, race, social class, religious beliefs, as long as one is eighteen years
old.

           Those who are age sixteen and under can also adhere to our Association, on presenting written consent by a parent (even if the parent is not a member of the Association). Members of the Association and also be qualified as "Rangers".
