This association does not want to be a substitute of the Public Order, or other existing voluntary Associations. We, founders and members, are nearly all ex-Scouts, and our hearts and souls are filled with the spirit of voluntary work. We have decided to establish this Association with a no-profit non-political, non-religious objective, as stated in Law 299/91. To help those in difficulty.
