Our appartment has its own entrance and includes:

• double bedroom with wooden balcony;
• twin bedroom with wooden balcony;
• kitchen - living room: the kitchen is complete with fridge, microwave oven and all necessary accessories; in the living room there are two further sleeping facilities;
• wide wooden terrace with view on our private wood;
• private wood (34.000 sm);
• private parking.

In our house smoking is not allowed.

From Graz: Highway A2 Graz-Wien, exit Gleisdorf West, direction Hartberg/Weiz, then direction Weiz, from Weiz take the direction Birkfeld, from Birkfeld take the direction Gasen: you will find us on the right after 6 km.

From Vienna: Highway A2 Wien-Graz, exit Hartberg, direction Birkfeld, then from Birkfeld in direction Gasen: you will find us on the right after 6 km.
