The Fondi family has been managing the hotel since three generations. Their great attachment to work, professionality and seriousness is evidently reflected on the good management of the Hotel Ristorante "Polentone" as well as on the excellent self-produced wine.
Clients therefore find a pleasant atmosphere and a combination of family type and professional service, which is a result of the long and proven experience in the hotel business.

La famiglia Fondi gestisce l’Hotel da ben tre generazioni, questo è indice di un grande attaccamento al lavoro, di professionalità e serietà che si concretizza anche nella produzione propria di un ottimo vino, oltre che naturalmente nell’amministrazione del Ristorante Hotel.
