ATTENTION: This site contains some sections written in a particular charset. For this reason you have to follow these two steps:

2) install the font you just downloaded from the control panel

NOTE for users of Microsoft
Internet Explorer: To make the browser able to view
the site correctly, after the downolding and the
installation of the fonts, you have to select Fonts
from the Internet Options submenu of the Tools
menu, and then choose Times NR Sem in Web Page
Fonts.
Then select Encoding from the View
menu and choose User defined
from Others submenu. Besides, make sure Auto
selection is not selected
