Fabio Bonavia Chef  of Babette invite you to the visit of its new restaurant in Albenga, Liguria, Italy.

The restaurant Babette open in december 2002, by Fabio Bonavia young creative Italian Chef.

 The start was taken with great enthusiasm and passion showing a great talent for cuisine, wines, and hospitality. 

Mediterranean cuisine. The term itself recalls the flavour of the ingredients and the imagination which have always been the basis of true, traditional Italian recipes.

Away of understating fine food, reminiscent of sun and sea, of the smell of the vegetable garden, of steaming dishes of pasta, sweet-smelling bread, fresh olive oil....

A culinary tradition  which today is famous the world over, Mediterranean cooking has attracted the attention of nutritionists and dietologists who judge it to be not only an inexhaustible source of gastronomic delight but also a most healthy type of cooking.

One of th basic principles  of Mediterranean cuisine is called "complementazione": that is the practice of uniting a small amount of meat, fish or pasta with several varieties of vegetables in order to balance the supply of proteins the body needs.
