ALTAR OF MONTE D’ACCODDI – SASSARI
LOCATION: From Sassari, take national route SS 131 in the direction of
Portotorres. Once you have passed the Platamona exit, just at km
222.3 there is an unpaved road that goes to the entrance of the
archaeological site. On arriving from Sassari, because of the
barrier in the centre of the highway, you have to go on to the
Bancali exit before you can turn round and return to the
archaeological area, which is well signposted on arriving from
Portotorres.
