apt. B (LECCI DUE apartment -1st floor in CALA GONONE-Sardinia-250\300 mt from sea promenade)

• the apartment is fully furnished, its size is about 70 square meters, and it is situated in
  front of a pine wood, also very close to the slope of some beautifully wild mountains.

• Private garden.

• Sleeps 4-5 people in one double room, and in one twin (or double) room, plus 1 fold out bed in one of the two rooms mentioned above.

• Confortable kitchen/eating-room.

• Bathroom fully furnished, with shower, electric water-heater. 

• -T.V. 

• 1 balcony, in front of pine-wood.

• Possibility of using a washing machine (100 mt.), which we put at the disposal of our guests.

• Outdoor shower, in the garden, usually (spring\summer\part of autumn) with warm water from solar energy.

• Outdoor barbecue.

• Space in the garden for bikes, motor-bikes.
  -on request, if available, 1 garage. This is not usually necessary, since there are free-pubblic parking places, along road and/or in pine wood, in front of your apartment.
