On Halloween night a boy Michael Myers, stabs his sister to death. He is imprisoned in a madhouse. He escapes 15 years later on Halloween night and kills 3 people but his main objective is Laurie. She is helped by Doctor Loomis that shoots Michael Myers: but is he really dead ?

Michael is not dead, he gets up, escapes and begins the hunt to Laurie again.

A doctor gets to know a project of a crazy man that makes masks and toys, that can become horrible animals: this always happens on Halloween night.

Doctor Loomis pursues Michael; he kills about 26 people .
He seems to die in an explosion, but during the journey to the hospital he kills again and escapes without leaving a track.

Michael is still alive and pursues Rachel. Jamie tells everybody that Myers is alive and he is thirsting for blood. Jamie and doctor Loomis put Michael in chains but doctor Death frees Michael.

Myers reappears and kills again on Halloween night.

Laurie is not dead, she is a teacher, she is divorced and her son hates her.
But the biggest problem is her brother Michael: he is back to kill again.
