Thanks for the great comments When we were making the smile recording, it was my personal opinion that the fans wouldn't go for it. Sure the music was great, but I think Brian was thinking ahead of his time and I couldn't really get into it, especially with Van Dyke's weird lyrics. But now when I listen back, and hear all the great reviews, I can't help but think that maybe it was a tradgedy that we never released smile. Anyway, here it is now on the good vibrations box set.
