| Filters TELOCEL N - A reticular polyurethane foam with a polyester base. The cell reticule is completely open and does not contain any closed cells. It can be produced in a variety of porosities, from 10 to 90 PPI (pores per inch). It is an ideal support for filtration.It can be impregnated for explosion engines. After it has been impregnated with oil, it can be used as an air filter, which notably increases the accumulation ability of dusts/powders. TELOCEL AU - Reticulated polyester polyurethane foam, which reacts well to fire. The cellular reticule is completely open and does not contain any closed cells. It can be produced in a variety of porosities, from 10 to 90 PPI (pores per inch). It is an ideal support for filtration. TELOCEL TM - Reticulated polyurethane foam with a polyether base. The cellular reticule is completely open and does not contain any closed cells. It can be produced in a variety of porosities, from 10 to 60 PPI (pores per inch). It is very water resistant. PETRFOAM - A flexible polyurethane foam with completely open cells, specifically developed - as the name states - to be used directly with any oil derivative. TELOCEL R - Polyurethane foam with a polyester base, with completely open cells. Following a reprocessing phase, it is impregnated with a PVC-based polymer, thereby producing a product that is notably resistant to compression, rigidity and self-bearing. The final density of the material is 55 kg/cu.m. TELOCEL FIREND - A technical polyurethane foam with a polyester base and completely open cells. During a subsequent processing, this foam is impregnated with appropriate substances, creating a product that has very high flame-retardant properties (class 1). | Soundproof material TELEFOAM AU HT - A technical foam of flexible polyurethane (with a polyether base), which is very fire-resistant and has a density of 30 kg/cu. m. TELEFOAM 30 AU - A technical foam of flexible polyurethane (with a polyether base), which is very fire-resistant (UL 94 regulation) and has a density of 30 kg/cu.m. TELOFLEX - A flexible, impregnated polyurethane foam (ether-based), which has an excellent resistance to fire (class 1). The product does not catch fire and it does not melt, provoking incandescent beads. TELOFOAM MA - A melaminic resin foam that is not only extremely fire-resistant (class 1) but is also highly resistant to chemical agents and humidity. It looks like a white mass, which can be varnished, and cut or milled to give it various finishing touches. TELOFELT PT - Pressed textile is a small textile fibre mattress, compacted with resins, which, when they are polymerised, give the product its quality of mechanical stability and its characteristic green colour. The material is a treated in a manner that makes it resistant to the growth of mould. Furthermore, it does not chalk and scale and it has a soft and flexible appearance. It can be used in any sector that requires thermal or acoustic insulation. RUSTICATED TELOFOAM - Produced by cutting polyurethane foam slabs with suitable rolls; therefore, it has all the qualities of acoustic insulation and fire resistance of the initial foam TELEFOAM + PB - An acoustic insulator produced by inserting a layer of lead between two layers of flexible, self-extinguishing polyurethane. TELEFOAM + PU - Produced by treating the surface of the polyurethane foam with a hot layer of smooth polyurethane, which has a thickness of 25 micron. TELEFOAM + PE - Is obtained by treating the surface of the polyurethane foam with a hot layer of smooth polyethylene. |

| Closed cell foams FOAM RUBBER - Has a variety of densities ranging from 80 to 200 kg/cu.m., with an SBR, EPDM, and NEOPRENE base. It can be manufactured with a profile with a minimum width of 6 mm and a minimum thickness of 2 mm, in 2000 x 1000 mm slabs and a thickness ranging from 2 to 50 mm, or 1000 mm-rolls and in pieces that are die cut according to design. RETICULATED POLYETHYLENE FOAM - Available with densities ranging from 30 to 250 kg/cu.m. in 1500 mm-rolls and 1000 x 2000 slabs. PVC FOAM - With semi-open cells with a density ranging from 100 to 200 kg/cu.m., manufactured in 1000 and 1500 mm-high rolls. ELASTOMER FOAM - An excellent thermal and condensation-proof insulator. It is available in rolls, slabs, tubes and strips. All products can be produced in the adhesive version. |

TELOSTAT - A polyether polyurethane foam that ensures adequate protection against electrostatic discharge. It is a soft, antistatic polyether that provides maximum protection against collision and vibrations. RETICULATED POLYETHYLENE FOAM - Inert and light, with a density of 30 kg/cu.m, it has elevated energy absorption. Due to the reticulation, it is suitable for thermofoaming, using normal loadless, pressurised hot forming with continuous extrusion. NON-RETICULATED POLYETHYLENE FOAM - Angular in various designs, obtained by continuous extrusion. |
