Management commitment
The
Managing Director (MD) considers
the application of a Quality Management System to be fundamental for
company management.
I
have appointed the Quality System Manager (QSM) as the "Management
Representative". The Quality System Manager is responsible
for managing and applying the Quality Management System described in
this manual.
He
is granted the authority and organisational freedom described in the
following paragraph. Each person identified in the manual through the
description of his/her specific role is responsible for applying the
provisions of this manual within his/her area of responsibility. Anyone
with roles of responsibility assigned by this manual may delegate the
performance of these actions to the staff members reporting to him or
her, but may not delegate the actual responsibility thereof.
Any
discrepancies that cannot be resolved through the organisational
structure described in this section must be submitted to me for final
settlement, in accordance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO
9001:2000 standards, this manual and any contractual provisions.
