Franco Bolognesi
Via Cassano d’Adda, 14
20139 Milan, Italy

IMPORTANT:
In either case, please clearly specify the Reference of the pipe chosen as it appears before the description of each pipe; please also give the complete name and address of the Buyer to whom the pipe should be sent.

Only after having received by e-mail (or letter) the confirmation that
the pipe chosen is still available, please:

send  a "Cashier's check" to:

Franco Bolognesi
Via Cassano d’Adda, 14
20139 Milan , Italy

or

arrange a "Bank wire transfer" to Franco Bolognesi
in accordance with the instructions that will be given
in the e-mail (or letter) of acceptance  of the order received.

IMPORTANT:
It is understood and agreed that the prices quoted do not include any taxes, duties (Customs and/or other), fees, etc. of any kind whatsoever which remain exclusively for the Buyer’s account and are to be settled by the Buyer with his/her competent local and/or other Authorities, in accordance with the relevant national or other Rules and Regulations.

The pipe ordered will be sent by EMS Cai Air Post Service within 2/3 working days
from the date the funds have been received or credited to the Seller’s account.

The relative cost (more or less US$25 i.r.o. standard one-pipe parcel) will be
charged to Buyers in addition to the price established for the pipe(s).

The Buyer may prefer to use his own Carrier and thereby save on costs. Should the Buyer already benefit from preferential terms under an agreement with a Carrier (who must operate in Milan) that allows him to receive shipments from abroad, then the Buyer is kindly invited to indicate the relative details and code to allow shipment to be entrusted to that Carrier, whose costs will be charged directly to the Buyer.

IMPORTANT:
Insurance will not be arranged by the Seller.
Buyers are invited, if they feel the need, to arrange insurance
themselves locally, the cost of which will of course remain at their charge
as will be the eventual, and hopefully unlikely, need to submit claims
in case of loss or damage.
