About "Il Convento"
It is what remains of a small convent, possibly medieaval, that was connected to the nearby school house (also for sale by another owner) at one time via an arch through which would have passed the horse and carts used for transport at that time. It was part of the parish of a small nearby medieaval church in the woods which may still be visited (by appointment).

"Il Convento" was originally much larger than it currently stands and gives the next owner the opportunity to expand the property according to their requirements within the previous footprint.
