BIOGRAPHY

Urbano Cavina was born in Romagna in 1942. From 1966/70 he sailed 43 months of oceanic routes as radio officer on trampers, ore ships, and oil tankers flying Panamanian, Liberian and Italian flags. Graduated with full marks in sociology at the University of Urbino in 1978, he has been operating as amateur radio since 1979 with the call sign i4yte.
