BIG RIVER (N. Bottini) – 3:59

Seen almost every land on my motorcycle

I had the coyotes howling at my back

Well I have heard about it in a legend

Told to me by ad Indian chief

I don’t ask for more to believe in

So I’m looking for the

BIG RIVER

The wind wipes the heat that’s coming from the blacktop

While I dream ‘bout the shade where I’m gonna rest

Somebody calls it Mississippi

Somebody calls it The Old Nile

Surely it has around it

And I call it

BIG RIVER

Well, I can feel rushing inside my body

As I pull on the gas trying to get there fast

I can feel the warmth of the water

I can feel the caress of the breeze

I can feel the smooth and violent flowing

Of my

BIG RIVER
