Contest rules
Organization
This contest is sponsored by Russian Centr Radio Club (RCRC) and by
Ulyanovsk State Technical University (USTU).
It is organized by UA4LCQ for the Ulyanovsk Signal Radio Club (SDXC).
Date and time
The contest lasts 48 hours, from 0000 UTC of Saturnday to 2400 UTC of Sunday,
during the last full week-end of July.
Bands and modes
From 80 to 10 meters bands, only in RTTY.
Categories
- A) Single operator, all bands
- B) Single operator, single band
- C) Multi operator, all bands
- D) SWL
Reports
Russian stations give RST plus 2 letters to indentify their Oblast.
The others give RST and WAZ zone number.
Points
- 5 points for each QSO with stations of the same continent
- 10 punti for each QSO with stations of a different continent
Multipliers
- One multiplier for each DXCC country.
- One multiplier for each Russian Oblast.
Note: WAZ zones are not multipliers.
Total score
The sum of points times the sum of multipliers.
Log
Logs must be sent before September 1 and you must use a separate log for
each band.
If you have more than 100 QSO, you need also the dupe-sheet.
