By signing the booking form you and your party agree to the General Conditions. 

First of all E-mail us, fax or call us at +39 0412750689 to discuss your preferred properties and receive complete property and booking information. 

When we know your preferences, we will in turn check availability and make a provisional booking in your name. This is held for FIVE DAYS during which we must receive via ordinary mail this Booking Form signed by one of the party, and the Deposit or Full Payment, as appropriate. If we do not receive your paperwork in time, the Provisional Booking will expire and you may loose the property altogether. 

Upon receipt of this Booking Form and relevant payment, your Booking will be confirmed with the owner . We will then issue a Confirmation/Invoice with additional information and instructions. Once a Booking has been made you are liable for all or part of the cost of the house so please read through the property description and Booking Conditions carefully before signing and returning this Booking Form. Keep a copy of our Booking Conditions for your files.
