The program of Viet Anh Mon starts with the training of different styles, of both Vietnamese and Chinese origin, to be studied according to their peculiar characteristics, so that the practicing can recognize and assimilate the strategy typical of each style. In a second time, practicing are taught how to re-interpret the quyen (form) of a style, according to the strategy of another style, that is how to appropriatly vary the positions and fit the techniques.
