The Residence is situated in a park on the hill side, shaded by beautiful pine, olive and almond trees, in a peaceful area and not far (900 m) from the sea and the splendid beach of Lacona, one of the most beautiful on the island.

The complex is composed of 13 apartments, well furnished and functional, with satellite colour-TV, large verandas with table and chairs for moments of total relax with a splendid panoramic view over the two Lacona gulfs and the whole surrounding countryside. The particular position of the Residence Villa Conti offers magic and relaxing evenings on the hillside and beautiful days on the seaside!

The Residence offers apart a well-equipped play ground for children, a barbecue to be used by all our guests, a lavomatic washing machine and a small outside swimming pool. Very near to the Residence different services can be found: a bank, minimarket, newspapers, tobaccos, bar, pharmacy. The Villa Conti can be reached in 15 minutes coming from Portoferraio..
