FESTIVAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONTEST

"VIVA IL JAZZ"

CITTA' DI MILANO 2°ED.

This year the Association organizes the 2° edition of the Festival and International Contest "VIVA IL JAZZ città di Milano".

The event is organized in co-operation with RAI RADIO TELEVISIONE ITALIANA, the councils of LOMBARDY REGION, MILAN PROVINCE, MILAN MUNICIPALITY and is twinned  with JAZZ FESTIVAL OF MALTA

Festival will hold as follow:

• FINAL may 27,2000 on Verbania motor-ship on the Lago Maggiore

• FINAL june 9,2000 in the SPAZIO GUICCIARDINI (at Culture Assessorship of the MILAN PROVINCE)

INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL
MILAN AUDITORIUM
June 20 and 21, 2000

The winners of the Competition that have been selected by an international jury among a great number of very qualified European competitors, will perform during the two final evenings together with the most famous jazz soloists in the world like LUIS AGUDO.  Italian famous artists like GINO PAOLI and DADO MORONI will participate as well.

The second International Festival “Viva il Jazz – Città di Milano” has been included in the “INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FEST” as one of the main events in Italy.
