Modello A welded structure.

FRAME.

The module configuration is based upon a steel zincked framework made of steel sections.

The floor framework is made of a surround zincked steel , cold bent, profile sections. Steel cross members C profiles sized to bear light loads.

The roof framework is made of cold bent steel sections, properly shaped to fasten roof and wall panels and to collect and evacuate rainwater, by means of 40 mm diameter downspout, installed inside comer posts. Floor and roof framework are connected by means of upright posts, situated in the four comers and in the middle of the long side of the module, either welded or bolted.

Technical data.: . surround profiles thickness: 1,5 mm;. Lifting: by hooks, welded on the the roof framework.

EXTERNAL WALLS: monolithic sandwich panels, made of galvanized white prepainted microribbed steel sheets, bonded to a self extinguish polyurethane foam core. Panels are groove-and-tongue jointed, complete with dust and water proofing gaskets.
