CABINE - SHELTER for machinery easy to be located by truck, ship, rail world-wide.

From 1983 Waldem is producing special container for Industry. Containers are manufactured in big quantities in plant and in a second step are modified and transformed to obtain  cabin shelter meeting requirements of customer. Container are normally insulated.

We supply 10' 20' 30' 40' Dry Box ISO with corner castings :

Doors can be single or double shutter, rug roll system, lifting up with counterweight, sliding aside et cetera.  Door for checking panels are normally small mm 1000 x 2000 inoption  glass 4/5 mm view window. Door to fit machinery normally with two shutter. Doors could be insulated as well rock wool or foam. Windows are made by ourselves and are welded in the corrugated steel  walls , Opening is upper (Wasistas) internal toward , externally are welded steel bars are welded on the square to prevent intrusion. Container walls 2 mm thickness are very strong and a thief has a lot of problems  to cut, beside on the doors is possible to lock with many padlocks, on for each handle and are available horizontal padlocks lashing two verticals closing cams.  Floor: from rail to rail are welded cross members 4,5 mm thickness to support the weight of machinery if needed we strengthen the bottom adding crosses. Panels marine plywood are leaned on; Pywood is covered with chequer anti slid plates steel material or aluminium or  rubber . Special floors are studied for Power Generator sets and Transformers low and medium tension as they are welded on special rail and plates. Other machinery need special fitting inside. We can create second rised floor with empty space between where can run wires and cables.

Containers are equipped with gas engines for the combined production of heat and power. These are manufactured in co-operation and tailored upon customers needs. These types are designed to be equipped with systems for simultaneous electricity (output range 0,3 - 3MW) and heat production.

Using our rock wool insulation system high density we get maximum absorbtion of noise. Thickness of insulation go from 50 to 150 mm and  is depending from noise and frequency of source . A veil is used upon insulation and internaly we setup a plate with many small holes.

Painting the container is the final step. Containers are made to resist in Marine environments for this reason are used special treatment and special  paints to prevent corrosions.

Once ended the job, container can leave our repair shop on a truck ready to be located to the customer house where will be fitted in the machinery. Containerising your machinery you can obtain a standard product easy to be located by truck, ship, rail world-wide..
