he School offers a complete training of
Naam Paai
(Kung Fu of Southern China) and
Tai Ji Quan. The
program is aimed at both those who want to reach a
professional level and for those who simply wish to
improve their physical and mental performances trying
the oriental tradition.
Commercial profit is not the aim of the School.
Paying a fee isn't enough to be admitted to the
courses. The selection of the students, their
attendance to the lessons, the achievement of a final
certificate follows traditional rules.

Master Palmieri studied various styles of
traditional Kung Fu. During his many visits to Hong
Kong he learnt as an individual basis under famous
masters. He introduced the Mok Ga Kyuhn in Italy with
Sifu Yiu Tai Tung as frequent guest. He is one of the
very few Europeans to have studied Luhng Yihng Paai
(Dragon style) and Hung Fat. He introduced the Koo's
style of Tai Ji Quan to Italian students and invited
Master Olive Hui twice to Rome.
He has always been very keen on Hung Ga and thanks
the luck of meeting the Grand Master Lam Jo and his
son Lam Chun Sing from whom he was accepted as pupil
for many years and thus authorized by the
Lam Jo Gin San Hok Yun to teach in Italy.
Francesco Palmieri is life personal member of
HKCMAA (Hong Kong Chinese Martial Arts Association).
He was appointed as president of Koo's Style TaiJi
Quan Association Italy by Grand Master Lung Kai Ming.
He was invited to the international Kung Fu
performances promoted by HKCMAA in Hong Kong, Toronto
and Taipei gaining gold and silver awards.
