Geographic Location   .

.     D’Alì’s farm is situated in a hilly zone that degrades up to the Belice river, not so far from the Greeks columns of Selinunte. This is the most fertile soil in western Sicily, appreciated by Greeks and Arabs since the ancient times, particularly for the olive-tree growing.
These lands are known for the exceptional characteristics of "Nocellara del Belice" olives.

The Quality of the Olive Oil   .

0     A particular micro-climate, the care to the centenary olive trees, the use of environmental low impact techniques, the manual harvest of the olives at the first rippening and the crushing with a cold continuous cycle made on the same day, assures a great Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
These exceptional qualitative standard as shown by the prizes it has won in national exhibitions in 1999, when it was just introduced on the market (Second Prize for the "Intense Fruity" Category at the Montiferru '99 Contest).
