il trasformatore del tipo toroidale, grazie alla mancanza del traferro,
si ottiene un campo magnetico quasi ideale, perciò le deficenze
nel campo magnetico sono le più piccole, inoltre quando è
impiegato un lamierino del tipo Asgo 0,30 mm con perdite di 1,1
W/Kg, è possibile ridurre significatamente le perdite di
resistenza intrinseca. E' così possibile ottenere un valore
di induzione decisamente più elevato in conseguenza il trasformatore
si può costruire con sezione e peso ridotti. Toroids offer maximum magnetic efficiency of any core design along with variety of electrical characteristics. It's possible also to have low resistance when employ a special sheet-tin the type Asgo 0,30 mm with lose of 1,1 W/Kg. With this type of sheet-tin the toroidal transformer will be very light and small size dimension. We make this products only custom-made order under specifications of the customer. |
