BALDO RICE

BALDO rice is a long grain rice with tranlucent kernels. It's a superfino rice.

Excellent for risotto, timbales and rice salads.

 

 

BROWN BALDO RICE

The characteristics of this rice are exactly alike to Baldo rice. The only difference is that the rice is hulled, therefore is richer of fibres and more nutritious.

Excellent for risotto.

 
 

CARNAROLI RICE

It's a superfino rice. It has the best quality of all the italian rice varieties. The rice starch of Carnaroli is particularly rich so that the kernels are solid and can be easily cooked.

It's the ideal variety for exquisite risotto and it's always slightly underdone.

     
 

SATURNO RICE

It's an INDICA rice with long and thin grain, particularly suggested for side dishes and rice salads.

     
 

RED BROWN RICE

It's a red pericarp variety, suggested for exotic and imaginative dishes.
