CARNAROLI RICE It's a superfino rice. It has the best quality of all the italian rice varieties. The rice starch of Carnaroli is particularly rich so that the kernels are solid and can be easily cooked. It's the ideal variety for exquisite risotto and it's always slightly underdone. |
