Farm CIRIO Giuseppe &Claudio from at least six genereations has been involved in rice coltivation in Novara area. The seat is based in Cascina Falasco, in the middle of the regional oasis named "Palude naturale di Casalbeltrame". As it used to be in the past, the farm still makes use of seasonal labour for the rice weeding in fields, managing to guarantee a product of quality, cultivated in respect of environmental rules. |

( Sardo Piemontese Sementi ), a firm, located in Vercelli, that makes research in order to select (in a natural way) rice varieties better than the existing ones.The result of this great effort of research consist in two different varieties :VENERE rice ( rice with black pericarp ) and SATURNO rice ( Indica rice ). The firm trade also other varieties such as CARNAROLI, BALDO e RED Rice. | |||
