Architectural design
The process of creating effective and charming design solutions is an evolution of the client/architect relationship. After a preliminary discussion to perceive problems and opportunities, we set down a detailed brief.
The fee proposal follows, with clearly specified costs and detailed procedure.
The stages of an architectural project for refurbishings are generally:
Concept design
Brief estimation of costs
Final concept design
Detailed estimation of costs
Specifications and conctracts
Design of detailed elements
Direction and supervising of works on site
Assistance and monitoring during implementation stages
Final certificates
to which may follow:
Interior design
Furniture supplies
Made to measure design of furnitures
Interior decoration (curtains, tablewear, linen, vases, complements, art pieces)
Landscape design
We also like to work with other professionals, such as architects and interior designers commisioned from our foreign clients, as part of a team

Fee
Our fee is determined following the indications contained in the “Fee schedule for the activities of Engineers and Architects” in effect and approved by law n. 143 of 02/03/1949 and subsequent modifications.
The fee proposal is clearly specified and costed according to detailed procedures and can be calculated on the following four main bases.
Regarding the Consultancy and Technical Advisoring:
Hourly/Daily fee
Forfait (set price). To be discussed on the value of the good.
Discretional. Applied to managing bureaucracy (i.e. Cadastral certification), to be estimated.
Regarding the appointment to draw up an architectural project, management and assistance the fee is charged on a percentage in relation to the amount of works. |
