A boy bringing a cup to his lips, is scared by the tragic mask of a Silenus mirrored in it. Is it a joke by a friend of his?

Is it a game, an initiation rite as Kerenji suggests? Or just a decoration? What sort of world do the images in Villa dei Misteri hint at?

We have suggested 'Il rito' (the Rite) as a title

The estranging waiting which captures the procession figures in the Villa is juxtaposed to the tender note of an unusual representation: a girl is holding a roe in her arms.
This detail awakes in the video protagonist a hearty relationship with the world and the culture which were able to express such universal feelings. He wants to know better the author of those decorations so that his eyes desecrate the secret liturgy of those rites just for curiosity.
In the middle of the frescoed room, we can see the image of Dionisio with one sandal on, on the right, young men introduced to love ceremonials and manhood, on the left.
