How do I make Fried Chicken

Cover the chicken pieces in flour, use a plastic bag - this is the easiest way.

1. Put the flour, salt and pepper into the plastic bag then shake.

2. Put marinated chicken into the plastic bag and shake it.

3. When Chicken pieces are well covered in flour, start heating the oil.

4. Put all of the oil in a deep pan Chinese wok which is strong enough to handle to the heat.

5. Check the Oil's temperature. Put a pieces of chicken in it, if this floats the oil, then it is ready.

6. Put the chicken in the oil and fry. Do not put all of them at the same time - the temperature would come to be lower so that the surface would not come to be crunchy.

7. You might think you have fried the chickens too much because they are too brown. But this should happen - it is caused by the marinade!! Don't worry, the taste will be totally different (and nicer) than normal deep fried chicken.
