Professional Dance Company of Historical Dances “La Musa Danzante” The Professional Dance Company has been holding events in Villas and Castles around Tuscany on request of national and international tour operators during meetings, ceremonies, offering repertoire dances from the 16th to the 17th century. All coreographies are philologically reconstructed from historical texts and all the dresses worn by the ladies have been inspired to authentic sketches. The Professional Dance Company is able to create upon your needs, events in pure medieval or renaissance or 18th century style. The events will be prepared to suit the chosen historical set, so that the frescoed rooms and the gardens come to life, allowing the guests to live emotions that echo the past. The coreographical repertory includes ancient popular dances typical of the Corporations, noble dances made for the court and the theatre, some dances with torches and pantomimes inspired to the Art Comedy, the Contrappasso, the Bourré and the Minuet.
