SPINDLE MOULDER PAOLONI Type T/1200.
Frame: structure built in stabilizied steel with particular bendings and ribbings that guarantee the machine high stability and absence of vibrations. Table: built in cast iron, well ribbed, with ground surface. Solidly, fixed to the spindle unit so to assure a sturdy, precise and vibration free structure. Fence: with fine adjustment of both plates. Spindle: made in special steel, hardened and tempered, rectified and electronically balanced guarantees the absolute absence of vibrations. Mounted on self-lubricating high speed bearings. The spindle lifting is executed by means of a frontal handwheel, allowing a simple and precise setting. Spindle Speed: n.5 different speeds, guarantee always a proper choice for each operation. Brake: foot operated mechanical (drum) brake assurance a complete stop in a few seconds. Spindle Locking: by means of pedal, allowing the operator to execute mill positioning while remaning with both hands free.
