2-HEAD SQUARING MACHINE STEFANI MOD. RD
It allows to make a perfect double squaring with smooth surfaces without chippings. It is composed by 2 strong side uprights, perfectly connected, in their upper part, by a traverse, on which guides 2 operating heads and pressers move; in their lower part by strong tubular traverses. The piece-bearer carriage is assembled and slides on longitudinal tracks, sideways fixed to ends: its movement is guaranteed by a system of 4 special differentials assembled on screened ball bearings. The distance between blades is adjustable. The 2 operating heads are adjustable vertically and horizontally, and tilting upto 90°. 2 adjustable eccentric additional pressers are assembled and slide on the piece-holder carriage. Controls are centralized on an only board.
