Surface planer with smoothed tables. The table are well ribbed and convex on the sides in order to avoid any deformation. One table can be tilted, the other can be adjusted by means of precision eccentrics. The two-knife circular cutterblock is a steel forging, and rotates in heavy ball bearings in dust proof housings, so ensuring stability and steady running without vibration. Thickness planer with smoothed table carried on heavy slides and supported by two substantial screws protected by a rubber hood. Thickness capacity up to 200 mm. Self-acting, feed by means of a milled roller with helical grooves, running on self-lubrificating bushings, which allows a continuous and change with steel gears running in a oil bath on ball bearings. A friction lever allows the quick and silent feed change when processing. One rate of speed. Slot mortiser, heavy duty for making straight slots up to mm.200x150x22. The slot depth can be brought up to mm.170 from the bit centre. The table of mm.450x200 slides on dovetailed guides accurately ground on the whole lenght adjustable with gibs. All the sliding parts are well protected against dus and chippings, thus ensuring smooth and easy motion. Steel chuck with double head sleeve to fit diam.16 mm bit shank.
