MOULDING MACHINE OMR WITH 3 SHAFT Mod.M15.
This machine made from thick sheet is structured in such a way as to guarantee the utmost stability and precision. It is a versatile and easily adjustable machine, suitable for making frames, profiles, glass-stops, splines, wood blocks, etc..., and for a medium production, can replace the large moulding machine with several shafts. The two horizontally and vertically adjustable form milling cutters make it possible to machine all four sides of the wood in a single cut without having to plane the piece. It can machine any type of wood whatsoever with dimensions up to mm.40x75. The wood is fed automatically by means of two rollers: one toothed roller made of casehardened steel on the inlet, and one rubber-coated roller on the outlet. The movement of the milling cutters is provided by a single 5,5 Hp motor which. The control panel is composed of a delta-star general switch, a switch for the continuous feed of the workpiece and forward and backward pushbutton for the adjustments. Discharge of the wood shavings is carried out by means of two suction hoods situated in correspondence with the milling cutters.
