INTERNO DELLA FUSOLIERA      

 Un dettaglio della parte interna "cellula". Si possono osservare la leva di comando del timone di coda e i pedali. Il rinvio meccanico è ottenuto per mezzo di cavi flessibili in acciaio.

    STRUTTURA DELLA CELLULA

Costruita con listelli di abete d'America e pannelli di compensato molto leggero. La copertura superiore è  realizzata in fibra di vetro. 

The fuselage is made by american spruce and plywood. The turtledeck  is made by fiberglass

   LE  ALI

Le due semiali sono smontabili per il trasporto dell'aereo. Sono costruite con longheroni d'abete e poliuretano sagomato e ricoperto con speciali tessuti miscelati con resine.  Manca ancora la calotta e il motore con la sua struttura di copertura in fibra.

You can take away the wings; to make transportation easy. They are made by spruce, foam and glass cloth. There aren't the canopy, the engine, and  the cowl yet.

   LE  RIFINITURE

Per costruire un aereo come questo servono attrezzature minime ma anche molta pazienza e abilità,  in quanto  tutto deve essere costruito a mano e a regola d'arte. Quando serve, è prezioso l'aiuto di altri appassionati.

You need a few  tools, but You need a lot of patience and ability. All is hand made.

   VOLERA' ? 

Io credo di si ! In fondo non manca molto: la verniciatura , il motore preparato per uso aereonautico, qualche strumento e accessorio e naturalmente qualche centinaia di ore di lavoro ! Forse il lavoro prosegue un pò lentamente, ma io sono costante e determinato. Le foto che seguono, lo dimostrano!

I'm sure, it' ll  fly. Now I'm looking for a new engine, some instruments and some additional kits. Of couse, I have to work a lot.

  QUALCHE ANNO DOPO  !

FEW YEARS LATER !

   VERNICIATURA ESEGUITA 

Con il cupolino montato e la colorazione bianca, inizia a fare la sua bella figura.

La verniciatura è stata eseguita a spruzzo, con prodotti specifici ed è stata un grande impegno. Le superfici da verniciare sono ampie e polvere e insetti rendono difficoltoso ottenere una superficie omogenea e lucida. Per un lavoro ottimale ci vorrebbe una camera a tenuta di polvere. Il risultato finale è stato comunque soddisfacente.

I use bi components white pain and spray it by compressor. It was difficult because dust and mosquito disturb me. I am quite satisfied with my work.  

   SERBATOIO BENZINA

 Il serbatoio della benzina è realizzato in vetroresina e posizionato dietro il quadro strumenti, sopra la pedaliera. Nella foto si può osservare il sensore di livello carburante e il rubinetto ad apertura manuale. 

The fuel tank is made by fiberglass and fixed behind instruments panel.    

   MOTORE MONTATO 

Ho montato un motore Jpx da 85 CV.

E' stato un grande impegno trovare e applicare il motore. Inoltre ho dovuto impiantizzarlo e vi assicuro che non è semplice come indicato sulle istruzioni. Servono innumerevoli accessori per realizzare l'impianto di alimentazione, l'impianto di scarico, le paratie per convogliare l'aria di raffreddamento, gli isolamenti antifiamma ecc.

E manca ancora l'elica!

The engine is ready. I installed a JPX engine with 85 CV

I spend a lot of free time to looking for and buying the new engine. The assembly was be difficult and a needed a lot of parts to build the fuel system, fire wall, exhaust pipes.

I need also the propeller plane. I'll search it next.

   CASTELLO MOTORE 

Ho dovuto far costruire il castello motore, in acciaio ad alta resistenza. 

 You can see the engine fixing frame, made by special steel.

   IL MIO LABORATORIO AERONAUTICO 

Costruire un aereo richiede molta pazienza ma anche molto spazio. Io mi sono organizzato e nel mio laboratorio c'è tutto quello che serve.

 I work here. Yes I'm right that it isn't the best, but at the moment is comfortable.
