Deleting Keyframes

You can delete keyframes from the Timeline. combustion recalculates the animation between the remaining keyframes using interpolation.

To delete keyframes:
  1. Click the expand/collapse triangles until the channel that contains the keyframes is visible.
  2. Select the channel.
  3. All the keyframes for that channel are selected.

  4. To delete only certain keyframes, select those keyframes. The other keyframes are automatically deselected. To select several keyframes at once, draw a selection box around the keyframes, or Shift-click each one.
  5. Selected keyframes are highlighted.

  6. Press the Delete key.
  7. The selected keyframes are deleted.

To delete all keyframes for a channel:
  1. In the Timeline list, expand the category, then select a channel.
  2. All the keyframes for that channel are selected.

  3. Press the Delete key.
  4. Note: When you delete X Position keyframes, the corresponding Y and Z Position keyframes are also deleted (and the other way around).
