Deleting Libraries

When you delete the current library, the library file is deleted from disk. It does not matter if the library is in the Particle Libraries folder or not.

After the current library is deleted, the first library in the Library menu list is loaded. If no libraries are in the list (if there are none in the Particle Libraries folder), a new library is created.

You can also delete library files using the appropriate Windows or Macintosh OS commands.

To delete the current library:

1. In the Particle Controls panel, click Library to show the Library controls.
2. Choose Delete Emitter Library from the Library menu.

A confirmation message appears.

3. Click OK.

The ELC file is deleted.
