Editing Text Attributes

Use the Text Attributes panel to control the face (such as solid, gradient or texture), outline, and shadow of the selected Text object.

Note: Some of these controls are also located in the Modes panel of the Text operator (and the Paint operator). For example, if the opacity of a text object is changed in the Attributes panel, it is also changed in the Modes panel. Conversely, if the opacity is changed in the Modes panel, it changed in the Attributes panel.

Each attribute can be enabled or disabled.

Clicking the name of the attribute highlights the attribute, and displays the settings for that attribute. Clicking the small gray box on the button applies the feature to the selected text object.
